加拿大的議会政治制度 ∕ The Canadian Parlimentary Political System

任何政制都不会是十全十美,加拿大的威斯特敏斯特体系Westminster System (reference 1) 民主制度也不例外,最近發生的議会∕國会風波是好是壞,真是見仁見智,國人意見紛紛。有很多國家会將分離主義者處死,但加拿大的政制是容許選民投票選擇議会代表M.P. Member of Parliament,如Wikipedia 指出:『… 最高行政权力必须受到议会中的多数支持，议会的不信任票(non-confidence votes )可以使最高行政长官倒台。最高行政长官有解散议会、举行新选举的权力 …』(reference 2) ,所以魁人政團 Bloc Québécois 或其它黨派,在有足夠選票和議員的情形之下,在國会中有影響力,是無可否認的事實,但魁北克省以外的選民和政客能否接受這权力拉扯現實,那又是另一個問題了。
