訓練跑馬拉松 / Training for a Marathon

難與易在乎個人的身心健康,和自算的時間目標.如果平時都有運動,醫生認為跑長途沒有問題,訓練就約四至六個月.至於在這段時間中,每星期的里数和速度多少,就在乎個人的時間目標了.以下的網址給作為參考:

Whether a marathon is going to be easy or hard may depend a lot on the health of a person's mind and body as well as his/her time goal. If an individual does regular exercise and the doctor tells him/her there is no problem with running long distance, then the training might take any where from four to six months. 我最近正在準備下周六的太魯閣馬拉松,目前周六週日都會去跑將近16公里,平常則是五公里.希望成績能夠在五小時內跑完.
你推薦的那個網站,我曾經看過.那個計畫表我也看過,但是要照表操克還是很難達到.只能盡量了.
