明天是馬拉松賽跑日,我左臀骨在上星期跑33公里時受傷,現在還是疼痛,不知怎辦了?!!

如果身體受傷了,
還是不要跑,
你要的不是第十個,
而是往後的幾十個!

xiao zhu: 在我賽跑的途中,我也是記着您,新鮮人,Keith,和其他博友的忠告,沒有過份勉強。我是抱著『留得青山在,那怕沒柴燒』的覌望態度,和用『摸石頭過河』的方法,完成那42.2公里!!
