個人生活與職業的快擇 / Work Life Balance
Recently, I have been thinking a lot about work life balance. There is no doubt I enjoy travelling and would like to do more but my workload does not always allow me to take long vacations. There is also the personal need to spend more time with friends and family members, especially with my aging mother. Work can be overwhelming but is not everything in life. Work life balance is an issue that will need to be resolved in the months to come.

You sound a bit heavy. Maybe I'm over sensitive. It may not be easy, but I can feel that you're already heading towards the direction which you yourself are deeply believing in. Then keep straight on. At least I guess the enviornment you're in would be more favourable than here. Do support you. :)
