2011年渥太華週末競跑：半馬拉松賽事完滿結束 / 2011 Ottawa Race Weekend - Finished Half Marathon !!!

Despite the lack of training, I made it to the finishing line!! I feel fine. There have been no cramps even tho I was speeding up quite a bit in the last kilometre or so.

The weather is warm, wet and humid. Along the way, there were exhausted and fallen runners who had to be rescued. Fortunately, I was not one of them.

Presently. I am all soaking wet from the rain and am drying myself inside City Hall.

What a run! What a day!
