It is my understanding that this Wednesday at 6 pm local time, many runners across Canada will observe a minute of silence before going for a run to show support to the April 15, 2013 Boston Marathon runners, spectators, organizers, and first responders !!
To this end, I am wearing my Ottawa Marathon t-shirt today and a different race-shirt everyday till the weekend.
And, let's not forget the top women and men finishers whose achievements were out-shadowed by the Boston Marathon explosions.

the fugitive probably crosses the border and sneaks into canada after so many hours on the run!
Based on Hollywood movies, a bad guy will put on a disguise & try to leave town while the authority will post agents at airports etc. But I am not sure if that's reality.
