Travel to Greek Islands 20120626 - Great Greek Beach (IMG00907)

Actually what you see in the photo is just a pebble beach and not the kind with fine white sand. But the water is clear and pristine without pollution, something you can't find in many countries.

Lucky for me, but not so for the locals, there aren't too many tourists on the beach even tho it is high-season for vacationning in Europe. Otherwise the place will be just crowded with hundreds of bathers and boaters.

Anyway, I am glad we are contributing to the local Greek island economy.
