Ottawa's Winter Blue (IMG00538)

I woke up to a bitterly cold winter morning with blue sky, bright sunshine, and a temperature at -19 deg C (-28 deg with wind chill) !!!
A warm cup of Chai Latte at Bridgehead helped save the day !!!
